slk clunk

I am having problems with the passengers seat squeaking on slightly rough terrain(that means normal roads)and also a clunk when I turn right.This Clunk comes from around the drivers seat ,or around the rear of it at head height.Or at least seems there.I am wondering if it is the seat base.
Anyone wlse experienced these issues?
