Yup, explanation needed!
If you mean it under-reads, does your card have standard wheels & tyres? If non-standard sizes have been fitted then the rolling radius may have increased, causing the speedo (and odometer) to read low.

We have seen this problem on many W211's and its the gears that strip in the cluster. We send to cluster repairs UK for repair.

hi speedo reads 15 to 20 mph when im doin 65mph, today it was ok but went off tonight, not changed any wheels or tyres any ideas ?
Definitely needs to be refurbished as above.
