In case anyone wants to see one in the flesh Mercedes of Oxford have an SLR for sale for a jaw dropping 325k (2nd hand with 1500 miles). The car was in their show room on new years eve and is stunning. You can look around the car if accompanied by one of their sales team. I did not have the nerve to ask for a test drive!!
