No they are definitely separate parts from the door cards, many are advertised on eBay and such like.

Ebay best bet, or like others have said, leave it for a bit and see if you still notice it

Before you replace it Sarah, maybe send an image to these people to see if they can do anything with it.

I’m not sure about that advice. I did that once with a crack in my windscreen, if anything, it seemed to get worse over time.
