Had my W123 ce for 5 years now and after doing 1500 miles in her I decided to change the brake pads as she turned 80,000miles.
I discovered that the calipers needed some TLC, so off they came, same with discs and caliper brake pipes, oh and all 4 wheel bearings being replaced. It's the first time I've taken on this work before and apart from a snapped caliper bolt, my fault, so far so good. So the question was how much would a garage have taken to do this work?
