Apart from giving the interior a good clean, and polishing the wood to a brilliant shine.......(thank you Autoglym foam cleaner)

Fixed my faulty boot lock (freed off the manual key)

Lubricated my very slightly creaky accelerator cable. Car now drives like a dream - even low speed gearchanges feel improved.

Nothing just updated the SD card with some new music. :thumb:

Replaced the passenger side airvent, fitted a new baffle in the drivers footwell and put a new lid on the fusebox in the boot! :)

I took it down to Brighton, with a heavy right foot. Drives much better now :D

Booked it in for a paintwork treatment, including sorting out some stone chips, removing its myriad swirl marks (along with a couple of light scratches) and finishing off with a paint sealant. The magic is due to happen next weekend, and I'm quite looking forward to it.

I used a VAX carpet cleaner on my SL's carpet. The water container was black afterwards.

Completely minted out the the wifes new A class , 9 am to 6 pm ....

Flat out like a lizard drinking ....

Nothing. Trying to extract the driving enjoyment as much as possible after so much cash parted.:D

then there is the MOT lurking in the corner and the winter preparation.

Filled the windscreen washer bottle , checked the oil, washed it - the car that is! - looked at the damage to the rear bumper after my mishap in France and wondered what to do about it, together with the paint chips etc.
Trade it in maybe?

Painted the bottom mesh in black as it was killing me.This is how it was

Took all wheels off (one at a time) and diagnosed the need for two rear sub frame bushes and a nsf lower ball joint. Ordered the parts on line and will fit next week.
