Over the festive period I managed to bag my self a mint facelift steering wheel from a 2014 car, I prefer the facelift steering wheel to mine (w212 2010). Ive seen a few videos on YouTube with people changing over the chip but unfortunately my original one has the pins in a different location so the question is can I get the new steering wheel coded to my car? Or have I wasted my money? I did try the new wheel on and there where no air bag warnings on but the buttons didn't work or the paddles. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thankyou.
