Sorry for stupid question ... The link shows a clip on the power steering on my range rover.
How do i use it? Needs to be very tight as under pressure ... Is there a special tool?

This is what I bought to get it done.
Tried side cutters but no chance.

There is a special tool it seems but not sold in Halfords or local to me but the above worked (just)
