Speed Limits Seen as Targets

Whilst Speed limits are not the final target, its really annoying when on a 60mph limit single lane that you are behind someone for 10 miles who is quite happy sitting at 42mph. Happens to me quite often, most recently this weekend.
Made wholly worse in the dark when they wont use full beam to let me see what I have in the way of road space for overtaking.
(Another reason to crack on in daylight hours ie, not wasting time ahem, refuelling).

In my experience of these people, they often stick at 42mph everywhere:
National Speed Limit - 42mph
50 limit - 42mph
40 limit - 42mph
30 limit - 42mph.
So true....especially around where I live where the average drivers age is about 136! They call my end of Bognor "Gods Waiting Room"!

I used to work in Eastbourne a fair bit and that was just as bad.

Towns in East Sussex are God's waiting room - Towns in West Sussex are Satan's waiting room :)
