Spinter engine rebuild wont start

Hi everyone probably a stupid dumb rookie problem but I've rebuilt my Mercedes sprinter 313 2.2 om651 engine and I cant get it started ;-( this is the first diesel engine I've rebuilt so a bit in the blind lol anyway got two codes
P067400 component R9/4 glow plug fault or open circuit
And
P008700 fuel pressure is too low

I'm assuming the none start is due to the fuel pressure ?

Appreciate some help guys as this is my work van and need to work monday :-(

When you say "rebuilt my ...engine" . How deep was the rebuild ? head off/valve train disassembled,? crank and con-rods out ???

Well the pace of life is slower in the south west,I would explore the fuel delivery it might be something simple.
