Just looking at this

Anyone notice something unusual?

Temperature in farenheight, probably from a US spec car.

Temperature guage reading in degrees Fahrenheit and oil pressure guage in pounds/square-inch?

Only thing I can think of is the fuel gauge with the half tank measurement beyond the half way mark. But I could be wrong!!!

No tachometer.

Scrap teh gauge markings being in imperial, they were marked up like that back when Noah was driving a W123, we hadn't quite cottoned onto metric by then. Too simple..

Has the needle on the temp gauge fallen lower than that on the oil pressure gauge ?

Is there a prize for getting this competition right?

The indicator stalk is on the right instead of the left as on all later Mercedes.

Took a while...

Well if it is I certainly can't see it in the picture!!!!!

Just above the handbrake shaddow, the reflection across the clock...so there's another W123 difference...handbrake sticking out from the dash.

fuel guage 1/2 marker is past half way point?

What do points make?

Reflect on that:D

or ( on reflection) is that just the tripod control for the camera?)

See it now thanks.

When will Mr W put us out of our misery and confirm the right answer?
