No wonder people complain about response times. :D

yup, was in the A class.

I only drove an A class once and must have forgotten about the lack of bonnet.

I used to drive a VW camper, the old style, which had even less bonnet. Used to scare the life out of stopped cars in front by braking late and squashing my face against the winscreen glass.

Happy days indeed.

Saw a really nice original (old shape) Fiat 500 Estate on the Marylebone Road last week. Didn't get a chance to take a photo but it was mint.

some more to start the day!

Thats 3 classics in the exact location!

What is up with the Police car though ?

The police car is probably from Hampton Traffic Garage ( next road along to me ) , it's where the polices historic vehicle collection lives .

They rent them out to film companies / TV companies for period dramas ( Heartbeat etc ) ... it was probably on the way to a location or something ( if the shoot is local , they drive them there as opposed to truck transport )

You can see them all in action at the Hampton Hill Christmas Parade , when then bring them all out , and drive them down the high street , the crowd love them ...

spotted an awesome C43 estate today driven by an old boy! I turned around and (tried) to chase it. The driver had already parked up and left the car but I left him 2 stickers under his wiper. sorry lads no pics this time

saw this lovely example!

Of a SPECS camera...

Not wishing to take away from the spirit of the thread, and so on, but we go to lengths to conceal our own number plates on pics posted here, might be an idea to do the same for other peoples, I will no doubt get a slating, but what the hell.

I agree, with the exception of those with private plates. These people want to be spotted after all or they wouldnt have deliberately chosen memorable plates.

Not necessarily - some people are gifted them, so that's a bit subjective.

Is that a 428 Frua?
