I'm looking for any information on workshop manuals or services capacities. I can't seem to find any info on working or servicing this van anywhere.

I'm not familiar with sprinter models but this web site seems to have a few technical articles on Sprinters.

If you know the engine type e.g. M271 you would get oil type and capacity easily enough here.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum. Your 314 Sprinter will be quite a rare bird in this country ( are you in the UK ? ) but under the bonnet you should have a 2.3 NGT ...M111.984 engine, so as above, just search for service information on this engine.
Bodywork would be similar for a 312 /313 of that era.
I notice on Ebay Denmark there is a spare engine for a whopping £3,192. MERCEDES BENZ SPRINTER (W901-905) engine - M111.984 - 2,3NGT - build 2005 - 100 | eBay must be very sought after, so don't blow up the motor.
