SRS airbag - control unit is not locked

I have an issue on my W639 with the airbag light flashing constantly and showing SRS restraint system visit workshop.
I’ve finally got rid of the codes relating to the passenger seat occupied recognition mat and there’s no codes present but it still flashes.

When I go into the SRS section it firstly comes up with “the control unit is not locked” “initial startup must be completed successfully”

I don’t seem to be able to do that with the star tool that I have. Is it possible or do I need to take to a garage and get them to sort this out?

Locking should be under initialization (like said) menu. Check in simulation mode before connecting to car. It should also be found in developer menu.
