Hi All,
I'm new to the club having recently acquired a 124 E220 coupe auto in nice nick.
One or two little gremlins to sort including going in reverse.
My drive is on a slight incline and to park you have to do a 90 deg turn at low speed. As soon as you touch the throttle to get up the drive the engine cuts! Only way to park is come in a bit faster then turn quick. When car is on level reverse is fine, you have to hold on brake, as you should.
Also noticed it can cut out when taking a roundabout a bit fast! Almost like as if petrol is low in float chamber, I know it can't be as it is injected!
Any ideas?
