Star diagnostic slough

Hi guys, i have been having issues with my radiator fan being on constantly at full speed...(i have a s211 55 amg) i have replaced the fan checked and replaced relays but this problem still persists...i havent found much searching online relating to this issue...does anyone have star in the slough/ berkshire area that is willing to look into this for me as i dont think my code reader is sufficient to point out the exact cause.
