Anyone have any idea how long it takes to remove, clean, grease and replace a starter motor from a W202 C240? Mine needs doing.

As a rough guide, I'd say about 30 minutes. Providing you're mechanically minded and have all the correct tools to hand.

Or have you been stitched up by a stealer? :D

LOL

If its anything like a W124 or a W202 I would estimate the best part of 3 hours. There is a lot to remove before you get to the starter motor. The Haynes book of lies says it will come out under the car quite easily ;) I had to remove the support brackets from the inlet manifold before I could ease it back far enough. Is the C240 a V6? If it is then what about the downpipe from the exhaust manifold? Is that going to interfere?
