Hi.
I have a 2011 ML350 and are encountering an issue on trying to start car.
The car locks and unlocks fine with the fob, however when I put the key in and turn it none of the warning lights come on the dash. If you then turn it into the start position it will then light up the dash and the engine will turnover and usually start, but this does not allow the preheat to work so the car turns over for quite a while, the car battery seems fine and everything else works fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Charky if it was me i would charge up the batteries for a start .
These cars dont like a low charge .
If the volts is to low ,then the computer will close down the engine just to save the computer information..

I have virtually ruled that out, I have a horrible feeling it is the EIS that is at fault, that could prove rather expensive straight after xmas
