i have looked everywhere for the way to adjust the height of my steering wheel. every answer i find does not seem to relate to my car. can anybody help please.

If you have elec steering column, it will be on the driver's door. If it is manual, it is under the column

it is neither of those. there is no lever of any sort under near or around the column, and the door has only the door opening lever

no the adjustment is manual.
