Stereo wiring ?

Hi all.

I have a 2001, CLK 320 cabriolet (W208) it still has the original Audio 10 Radio / Tape player in it, i wish to upgrade it, but there is a lot i do no know or understand.

Is the original aerial (Rubber type) any good?
Is there an Aerial Amplifier on my model, if yes where is it located.?
How many speakers have i got? do they need upgrading?

Any help will be appreciated.
