Greetings from St Leonards-on-Sea!
Well, it happened like this....I had an operation in April that put me on my back for weeks. Life seemed to be passing me by, so for entertainment, I started looking at the classifieds and.....you guessed?
Should have seen it coming....I've been driving the family around (lots of bends) in a VW Multivan since we bought it in 1998.
So, in a very short while, we'll all have to squeeze into a 1985 CE230 manual or 1995 SL500. It'll be tight - my eldest is 6'5"...
No photos as yet, but soon.
Never had a MB of any kind, so really looking forward to these completely different machines.
Would appreciate recommendations for independent specialists in the East Sussex/South Kent area and any general advice for a complete novice.
