strange induction noise(growl)!!

I noticed a strange noise, if the engine is rev'd, as the revs drop on the overrun there is a kind of growling noise which is coming from the air intakes behind the grill, has anyone any idea what it is,could it be from the turbo?

Check that the large rubber isnt split...

Thanks for your reply,If you mean the orange seal on the turbo inlet pipe i have checked and it is ok, Also the noise is intermittent and comes and goes.
