sub 3k W210 E55

[W210 Fan]

I know it has rust on the front arches, a scuff on the front bumper and no mention of mileage buts its less than 3k!!!

I know there will be hundreds of people who will argue that it could be a money pit and wont be willing to take a risk and would rather take the safe option of a ford diesel for the same money, but you find it to be ok, and you wont find it dull...

Looks alright to me, mech should be okay few quid on sorting out body and poss a cheap car, BUT on the other hand all big engined mercs are getting cheaper and cheaper

The milliage will no doubt be high, just look at how shiney the steering wheel and gear knob are. Also the front lights have completly fogged up and are ruined.

A set of lights of Ebay , a good clean and a few hundred quids worth of tarting up , it would be fine to run around it ( and terrorise the yoots at the lights ) ...

Don't get me wrong , it's not for me , as you would need to have some money behind you ( just in case something terrible happened ) but concievably you could hoon around in it for a couple of years and then out it for not too much loss ?

True say but xenon lights dont come up on ebay often and when they do there expensive. Could probably just get away with changing the lense I recon if they are changeable seperatly.

Sorry , didn't read it properly , didn't realise it had xenons ...

As you say , don't come up often , but push came to shove you could bung a set of halogens in there and have it recoded ...

I think you can replace the lenses on the w210 lights ? even if you can't 'officially' i reckon you could do it with some silicone sealant and a knife.
