Sunroof seal replacement on x166

I hope someone can help me, the front seal on my GLS sunroof is damaged, I have the replacement part, A2127830196 part 210 in the pic, but I am not sure on the removal and fitment of it. It looks like it slides in to a groove. It attached to part 100, the front piece of glass, I am unsure whether you have to remove part 100 and then slide it in to the side of part 100. Or if you can press fit it in to place.

Anyone got the manual on adjusting it as well? As the glass part, 130 needs to come down by a mm or so at the front.
