I saw a white... CLS driving home last night.

Unusual to see a white CLS, but there you go.

Oh and it had a red racing stripe from fore to aft slap in the middle of the car, looked like someone went mad with masking tape

I don't mind racing stripes, but prefer them offset to one side. Not sure that it would suit a CLS though!

It was going so well on the first two sentences, but then that red stripe, oh dear.

I'm seeing quite a few more white cars these days. When they are clean I think they look really nice. But these past few weeks haven't been kind and the sprays of dirt too easily look like dents and scratches

To be honest, the car looked okay in white.

But I wondered what owner would apply racing stripes.... and as said, right up the middle of the car!

I only wish we had been stationary so I could take a picture

There is a white CLS in Epsom quite often, I think it was a demo car for the local MB garage but now someone has bought it and stuck Brabus badged all over it.
