I have been having some problems with my Sprinter van and the Stealership has been absolute to$$ers and very "unhelpful" in resolving the issue and even had the cheek to charge me for some warranty work which I had to in the end pay in order to release my vehicle from their custody BUT I am now going to try and claim the money back now and still need to have the initial fault rectified...

John has been fantastic and assembled a VERY good letter for me which I am going to submit to the Stealership and DC Customer Services.
