Just wanted to drop a quick post to say thanks to Ollie and Jack at Prestige Car Services who sorted out my EClass today. I was really impressed by there proffesional and friendly approach, I would go so far as to say it was the best service I have had from any garage (and I have been to a few in my time!). They put up with my constant hovering and questions and just made the whole experience really quite enjoyable, even though I had to spend a bit more on the car than I expected. I ended up having to do a few more things in the end but Ollie took the time to explain to me what was priority (like the crankshaft pulley) and what could wait for while longer. The fact that they went over the car (which I only bought last week) and checked it thoroughly gives me real confidence that I not only know its faults, but have rectified the major issues.
All in all a great experience and I wont be going anywhere else in future for any of my MB garage requirements that's for sure!
