I can clearly state that the engine is now faultless and still up for another 10000 miles.

I'd rather hope so as it's only done 116k miles...and it's one of the last 300Turbo's.

To be fair, if it isn't at all rusty it's probably worth every penny. Maybe one for ***...get rid of that noisy, uncomfortable W211 and save a bundle..

Officially, 177bhp, I think.

Thats more than a 270cdi and not far short of the 211 280cdi for peak power so not exactly slow. A 210 is lighter IIRC than a 211 so its a car than won't hang about (as I discovered last weekend )
