I had this on my B180, turned out to be a bad connection in the driver’s seat belt buckle. If you do a search you should find my post on the subject which gives more detail.

That’s odd, I can’t find it either.
I got the same message as you, intermittent at first but eventually on permanently. ICarsoft diagnostic tool narrowed it down to the seat belt buckle. Removing the buckle could be awkward as there isn’t enough space to get a torx socket onto it however grasping the bolt head with mole grips works fine as it’s not too tight. The part number is marked on the buckle, I got a used one from eBay for about £40.
It is worth checking the connections under the seat first in case one is loose but it’s unlikely.

Indeed, this must be a RHD car, cannot be the usual passenger seat issue then as the error message refers to the right side. Either the seat belt buckle switch or the steering wheel clock spring.
