Hi all,

Was having a look at my throttle cable today after reading a few posts, I'm presuming it's the small cable on the passenger side close to the bulkhead? Anyway it's seems quite slack, so I was wondering how tight/taute it should be?
How do you adjust it, by the black nut? I have tried to search on how to but can't find anything...

Thanks

Yes, it's just like adjusting the brake lever on a bicycle. From slack, tighten it until the arm just moves on the throttle sender unit (or whatever it's called). then turn it back a teeny bit so that you can be sure you haven't opened the throttle by over-tightening. Run the engine to make sure that it still idles at the right speed. Lube it up well and that should give you better throttle response.

Great, thanks for that.
