throttle still sticky

the throttle on my 123 300d still sticks on momentarily, I blocked off the vac hole on top of injector pump and it seemed slighly better, not sure how to chech for leaks, any ideas?

I assume you mean the revs dont' fall as you release the accelerator pedal.

First you need to ascertain wheter this is due to the accelerator pedal or linkage sticking or whether it's internal in the pump.

All governor functions are performed by a mechanical governor inside the pump, so if the sticking is not caused by the linkage / pedal thennthat is what needs investigating.

no it isnt the linkage, just didnt want to dismantle the pump if it is only a vac leak?
