top mount?

hi I'm a new slk 32 owner
when going up onto my drive there's a slight knocking from the front of the car going up or down still makes the noise
just been mot'd??
as I'm new I don't really know the cars yet

My guess front anti roll bar drop links- if it has any? Post up the exact age of the car.
