Transmission problem or normal things in 722.6 transmission

Hi there, I'm new of this kind, i want to ask my mercedes has 722.6 transmission (w203 c180K), and when i switch it to tiptronic mode the gear wont starts from the first gear, but it starts from 4th gear. Is it a normal things to be happens?

Is that even while you are at a standstill, or while driving? If it's while you're at a standstill, then you might have a failed pilot bushing which is letting oil enter the loom, or a failing conductor plate. Either causes nonsensical electrical gremlins.
