Tyre leader

Anyone had any problems with tyreleader? Ordered4 gy asy2's this morning, they took the money but said payment denied. Ive emailed them but had nothing back. Is this a one off?

I have used them on two occasions and not had a problem.
Hopefully a glitch in their system that will be sorted soon.
It doesn't help they are based in Germany.

I'd keep emailing with your reference number until they respond.

Thats the thing ive not had a reference number [emoji15] hopefully i'll get a responce soon, so much easier by phone

Have you phoned your card provider, check the payment and any ref number, then re contact tyre company, by phone, ask them to sort or you set up a dispute on your card.

Used them five times before and never had a problem. That said never had cause to make contact and sort out an issue, the service has been good with no problems.

Wish id used blackcircles now. The money has be declined by tyreleader but its still sat in pending so i wont get a refund for 15days.

Very difficult getting an answer from, they sent me the wrong tyres and I ended up with making a claim against my credit card company.

That should bring up your account and your order (and reference number) and the option to contact Customer Service.

Used them twice as cheapest prices I could find. 1st time great 2nd time took 3 weeks with tyres arriving at 1 week interval. Their customer support is non existent.

Had terrible service from Oponeo in the past. They supplied duff tyres and were incapable of arranging collection and replacement. I had to get a refund from PayPal eventually and then they contacted me to collect them...

TyreLeader were fine. Have used them a few times now - much better service. And on one occasion when they made a mistake, they sorted it out promptly and without fuss - wouldn't hesitate to use them.

OP - hopefully a glitch. They emailed me without any delay when I needed them.

Delivery was by DPD. Prompt, and they have a good tracking system

It doesnt even bring an order up. Ive calledmy card company and the payment was denied. Its just carp how ive got to wait for tyreleader to either say the order was cancelled by themselves or have to wait for the funds to have been sat pending for 15 days. Its just left a bitter taste as never bought tyres this way before

Buggered me about in the past (Tyre-leader), paid only a few more £'s and spoke to a nice normal bloke in a Warehouse at Camskill who did what he promised.

I think every company has a 5% balls up ratio, (except Mercedes dealers where it must be higher....) and now and again you take the hit. It's just a nuisance.

Crikey , you get through tyres quickly. Mine usually last me years.
