The same pressures apply, you may want to increase them a touch to allow for the lower profile tyre and pot holes

That's what I always understood. However the stated pressures for my Vito vary from 42 to 33 PSI depending on wheel/tyre (all 'light load' figures, front & rear)! 195/65 R16 - 42 PSI 225/60 R16 - 39 PSI 225/55 R17 101 H - 33 PSI 225/55 R17 101 V - 36 PSI Mine is 225/55 R17 101 H ... 33 PSI just seems too low, so I put 35 PSI in Incidentally the tyre pressures when I took delivery were all over 50 PSI!

By way of reference, my C32 AMG shares the same tyre size at the front with 29 PSI for normal driving. Rears are 245/40/17 with 32 PSI. If you're humping passengers and luggage rather than going solo, then the pressures are increased... ...but I don't, so I have no idea what pressures to use under those conditions. PS Passengers often seem displeased when I try to hump them, and hence I am mostly solo.
