Urgently need fibre washer

Hi,
I have searched everywhere for a fibre washer and haven't been able to find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get one?

The washer is for a Bosch 0001 223 005 starter motor and fits between the bearing and circlip on the armature shaft.

OD: 33mm
ID: 18mm
TK: 0.8mm

Just about the only place I've found reference to it is:
235074 - Fiber Washer
But they don't have an online shop or way to buy it here (in Spain).

Can you not cut one yourself seeing you know the dimensions?

Yes, I could but I also can't get hold of any material. I should have added that if anyone knows where I can get hold of it, that would be ideal too.
