Got a call from a prominent MB dealership in Kent today.
"We are holding a used car event this weekend. All of our stock is reduced and you may be able to exchange your car for a newer version at no additional cost. When would you like to come in"
"Any specific vehicles I might be interested in, or can I have a look on your website?"
"Er..."
Rolled about laughing. If they want to exchange my car for a newer one at no cost they can call me at any time, day or night, and have my number. No need to hold a special event
