Can anyone with access to Glasses or Cap please help me out on used values?

Trade-in for a C320CDI A/garde SE Estate. 05, 41,000. Silver with leather, comand, parktronic, xenons & FMBSH.

Dealer sale price for E320CDI A/garde Estate. 05, 52,000. EU3. Silver with leather, comand, parktronic and rear seats (assume FMBSH).

I know values are a bit tricky at the moment, but I've been offered £14,000 for the former against a sale price of £16,500 for the latter. I 'think' that's a good deal, but would welcome more informed advice.
