Viano washer fluid low/pump not working

Hi all.
Quick one, I have a warning message on the dash for low washer fluid and the pump is not spraying. I have filled the washer bottle and it still says low and pump not spraying. So question is, is that a safety thing to prevent damage to pump so when water is too low it doesn't allow pump to turn on? If so I would assume fixing the sensor would re activate the pump and all is good. Or are these separate issues?
Could someone help me locate the correct fuse to check for the pump please.

It may be the pump.
You could try swapping the plugs round on the pumps, to see if it operates the other one ok.
No fuse, the stalk tells the SAM to energise.
