Vibration when accelerating

I have a 2010 sprinter 2.1 and I’m having trouble with vibration when accelerating which seems to be getting worse , I automatically thought it was the Propshaft as there was a squealing coming from that aswell so took the back 2 sections off and had it refurbed with new universal joints and centre bearing ,put it back on and the squealing was sorted but the vibration is still there anybody have any ideas on what it could be cheers

Are the vibrations severe or ‘gentle’?

I had gentle vibration on light acceleration (no problem on half or full throttle) and it was cured by a gearbox service

Failing Injectors can cause vibration on om651 too, I'd advise to have them tested first
