How do I get to switch/choose which phone I dial out from -

I have two phones
Nokia E5 and iPhone 3GS

Both pair great and receive fine...
Well done Viseeo!!

But - if I want to dial from the "other" phone I am struggling - I can manually dial on handset but this seems to defeat purpose of hands-free!!

The first one to pair becomes phone B and the second is the "connected" phone for dialling...

HELP?

I thought the active pairing is only with 1 phone. I don't know of any handsfree kit that will be actively paired with 2 phones - unless of course ViseeO have implemented this and i've not noticed (as currently I used iPhone cradles)

Or are you saying the latest Viseeo firmware will actually maintain a pairing with 2 phones for incoming calls, but only 1 is active ?

Are you using a MB-2 ?

Richard

mb-2

If someone rings on either phone - it pops up on screen...

basically
I want to ring out on my work phone and receive on both... currently can't unless i mess about with turning phones on and off till the "right" one is active for dialling out...

make the one you want to dial out on, the last to pair

The Viseeo 1000 will now pair with up to three phones concurrently with the last one to be paired taking priority on dial out. :)

So what happens if you are driving and your wife makes a call, then you receive a call? Your wife is talking hands free as a passenger and you cannot pick up the call (unless your phone disconnects from Viseeo and you would pick up the call from the phone, which would be illegal).

It is not sufficient to ask the wife to switch BT off, it would kill the idea of BT (leave you phone to your pocket or where ever you keep it and don't worry about it when entering or leaving the car).

The previous implementation (that all other BT devices follow) was better, you could set the primary phone that connects when two are in the car. Then if you drive alone or your wife drives alone, neither one would have to operate the phone, as well as if both are in the car (except if you swap drivers while both are in the car, but you should not do it for other good reasons :) ).

Well even though I have on a number of occasions had three people in the car with three phones paired, its never happened to me.

If it did - then I would ignore the call untill I was able to return it. Usually its not a matter of life and death - just a model asking about a shoot :)
