Viseeo for I phone Help!!!

Just fitted the viseeo in my cl and can now make calls ok, the sync keeps flashing but just read a thread to say that's because it's takes some time to upload the contacts first time round. Having tested the outgoing call I then tested the incoming. It does not accept the call in the command and I have to answer via my Iphone, is this normal what have I done it's driving me mad!!!!

I have been using MB-2 for last few days with iphone4. I have had the same problem with incoming calls not transferring to the COMAND unit. The phone rings rather than COMAND, and I can only answer the call by answering it on the phone. This is very frustrating as the whole idea of buying MB-2 was to answer calls while driving. Any solutions?
