hi to all
just got a clk 270 2002 with a viseeo mbu-3000 but all it does when i turn on the comand unit is all the lights come on for 2/3 seconds then off, no phone on the screen.
can anybody help please?

You need to pair it to your phone. Hold down the top button (on the face) for about 5 seconds, and then search on your phone for bluetooth devices, and you will find visseo. I think pairing code is 1234 - may be 0000

ive tried that but nothing happens no lights
ive put the viseeo on charge in the house and i can pair it?
is there a battery in side?

Nope, sounds like there may be an issue with your phone system in the car - possibly the cradle in the armrest has bent pins or isn;t supplying the power the unit needs ..
