Hi Has anyone successfully updated the bluetooth software on thier viseeo mb2 on a windows 7 laptop and if so would you mind explaining how you did it. Thanks in advance

Thanks dieselman i hope so as i have tried everything i can find and still no joy. Just about ready to commit now

If you have Windows 7 64-bit then it won't work!
I ended up using an XP system. You have to install the "C:\Program Files\Triamp\Upgrade\drivers\CSRBlueCoreUSB.inf" driver manually by using Have Disk in Device Manager as the driver is unsigned and you have to manually install it.
I have not tried to do this on a Windows 7 32-bit system so I cannot say that it would work or not with Win7-32bit.
