Viseoo / samsung phonebook issues..

Hi All,

At long last have connected the installed viseoo Bluetooth to my Samsung galaxy S3 phone...all ok except when I search the phonebook, a lot of my phone contacts are missing, sim contact's maybe? any ideas?

I had the same issues with my Samsung and Viseeo 1000. They just do not like Samsung phones. The new Viseoo 3000 is apparently better. I ended up swapping to a Sony phone and it worked fine. I tried to manually 'push ' the contacts as it tells you in the manual, but it never worked.

Iv just recently bought a ViseeO 3000 and that also wont pick up the phonebook from my phone, coincidentaly a Samsung.

On a worse note though, the ViseeO does not even sit tight in the cradle, it keeps falling out every so often.

I just hope there is a way around this, sounds like Samsung compatibility issue...bump calling viseeo experts plz

I had similar issues with my HTC ONE but in VW BT kit, it would not pair phone at all, would work only with old mobiles which supports rSAP.
What I did, rooted phone (similar to jailbreake) install from play store Bluetooth Sim Access Profile (app) and Bluetooth Sim Access Install (app), run it once and bingo phone worked with out any issues
Maybe worth to try?

Thanks for info...'the other side' have mentioned copying all contacts to SIM?

I vaguely remember doing this with the Sony I paired successfully and ending up with two entries for each contact. Then painfully deleting one of each entry one by one.....

Good luck, when it works it is quite a good setup.
