Suddenly my Viseoo which my iPhone 5 has been connected to for nearly 2 years keeps showing the number 048 on the screen. I haven't touched my phone - there is no record on my phone dialling this number? A call is coming in/or going out via Viseoo somehow as the radio stops transmitting - so something is happening? No idea what. I have to press the End button. Anyone any ideas what is going on?

Try the master reset (see manual - not sure what viseeo you have), and then pair phone again

Tried that - have a Viseeo MB2000 I think linked to iPhone 5. still keeps calling 048 after about 10 minutes of being in the car! it's not my phone calling as there is no record on the phone… it's so weird. I only know its done it because suddenly the radio stops until I 'kill' the call! + and I think I sent it back a few years back to you for the upgrade of the software..

The MBU2000 is now rather old and theres been no firmware/support for some years. I saw this happening on MBU1000 with iPhone and it was fixed by a firmware update. The trouble is that firmware updating the MBU1000/2000 can show up flash issues and they can die.
