Hello, brand new to forum I hope someone can help. When I switch the side lights on my Vito there is a clicking noise behind the dash around the radia area, the engine then seems to miss fire intermitently. If i switch the lights off everything is fine. Any suggestions welcome.

Couldn't say for definate , but it sounds like a faulty relay ?
I wonder if it may control more than one thing , and when you turn the lights on it messes things up .

No I can't see any other problems, but this noise (clicking) can be heard by just turning then side lights on, without the engine running. I checked another Vito yesterday by turning the side lights on and his had no clicking sound. Just wondered if anyone had come across this before ????
