Vito 114 cdi w447 low boost po299

Hi guys wondering if anyone can help
On my vito 114 cdi w447 2018
has few fault codes p0299/p00C400/p2261
i have checked turbo no issues changed boost solenoids/sensors/ smoke test no obvious vac leaks with no luck Drives but very low power struggles to reach 50 mph

Live data is showing bypass flap open on egr on idle also egr rate fault 58649/57661
Does this mean i have a faulty egr valve & not turbo/boost related ?

I would get a good independent to look at it. A Star diag machine operated by an expert will help guide you to the fix. It could be a number of things. The codes are only half the info you need.
