O/s above and in front of the DPF.
On the Viano there is a belly pan to remove. If you folow the pipwork from the front and rear of the DPF these will terminate at the differential pressure sensor.
I found it easier to put the vehicle on an axle stand with the o/s front wheel then removed.
Hello, Unfortunately I can't yet access the private message facility so will just ask here. I have the seat belt clasp problem and the SRS warning has come up. It is the drivers seat warning light and buzzer that no longer work. If I take hold and move the wire on the female seat belt connector the SRS light goes out and the buzzer works again. As soon as I let go the fault comes back. Could you explain how you fixed yours ?If it helps at all on my 2007 if I follow the wire from the 02 sensor from the Cat, the connector between the loom and the O2 sensor is mounted to the engine bay side of OSF pillar going up to the inner wing. The DPF differential sensor is mounted just below it. As M80 suggests, it's easy to access if you remove the belly pan and put the car on axle stands/car ramps.
Thank you found the post. The DPF sensor is now under the bonnet and easily accessible. Obviously they have had this problem frequently so have made it more accessible.@mike2909 , see the thread W639 Vito SRS Light you posted in earlier, I've posted my fix in there.
