Vito W447 connecting original factory fitted reverse camera to aftermarket android head unit

Hi has anyone any experienced connecting an aftermarket head unit to a factory fitted reverse camera on an vito w447
I’ve connected the fakra connector to the rca input on the head unit but no signal on head unit when engaging reverse so I’m guessing there needs to be a power feed or signal feed from the head unit. Can anyone help ?

Did the new head unit not have any instructions regarding the connection and set up of the camera?
